Job summary

TRP is seeking a capable Leader to guide the team in partnership with the Co-Managers and General Manager. You will execute a world-class customer experience with Budtenders, maintain high visual standards, and drive repeat business through our loyalty program.

You will oversee daily inventory management, lead a team of Inventory Associates, and collaborate with leadership on KPIs and store performance while supporting events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Passion for and knowledge about Cannabis.
• Leadership experience in supervising teams.
• Strong customer service experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in partnership with Co-Managers and GM.
• Execute TRP world class customer experience with Budtenders.
• Manage inventory and processing; oversee cycle counts and deliveries.
• Train and supervise Inventory Associates and ensure visual presentation standards.
• Support community outreach, events, and loyalty program initiatives.
• Collaborate with GM to set sales and KPI goals and analyze performance.
