Job summary

HR MGMT 10 LLC is seeking a Cannabis Retail Team Lead to support store operations at a partner location in Van Nuys. You will supervise staff, drive customer service excellence, and help manage inventory and compliance under state cannabis regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and product knowledge of cannabis offerings, with on-site responsibilities and a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2–3 years retail experience with 1 year in leadership.
• Experience in cannabis industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail Manager in supervising staff and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead on the shop floor during shifts and handle escalations.
• Support inventory counts, labeling, stocking, and displays.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and transactions.
