Job summary

TRP is seeking a part-time Operations Lead in Union City, CA to supervise front and back of house teams and execute world class customer experience. You will collaborate closely with the GM and Co-Managers to set clear sales goals, manage inventory, and uphold visual merchandising standards.

The role emphasizes loyalty program participation, KPI tracking, and community outreach, with varied days and weekend work in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for and knowledgeable about Cannabis.
• Passion for Cannabis Culture.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in partnership with Co-Managers and GM.
• Oversee inventory management and processing.
• Drive customer experience and loyalty program.
• Monitor KPI performance and optimize sales volume.
• Train and supervise Inventory Associates.
• Ensure Visual Presentation and merchandising standards.
• Perform weekly or biweekly inventory counts.
