Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to lead a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will act as Manager on Duty, drive sales, coach staff, and ensure strong financial performance.

You will supervise store operations, manage scheduling, and oversee cash handling and inventory while upholding Curaleaf’s standards. A minimum of 1 year in retail supervision and English fluency are required, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service in a high-paced environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to measure success via financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong sales skills with proven revenue growth experience.
• Excellent cash handling and POS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and share information with broad audiences.
• Ability to work independently and run the business in the Store Manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned and represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.
• Communicate with Store Manager and District Manager to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor customer service and coach team members to improve performance.
• Supervise store operations, shifts, and scheduling.
• Oversee cash handling, bank deposits, and financial reporting.
• Manage inventory trends, ordering, stock levels, and shrink prevention.
• Maintain knowledge of POS systems and store technology.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional relationships.
• Travel to other locations for training or coverage as needed.
