Job summary

This role partners with HR to recruit and train staff, enforce policies, and maintain audit-ready stores. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced cannabis retail

Qualifications

• Experience in retail cannabis inventory management and FIFO.
• Ability to lead store operations and audit compliance.
• Strong collaboration with HR for staffing.
