Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and customers. You’ll complete mandatory training through JARS University, both virtually and in-person, and ensure compliance with state CRA requirements.

In a fast-paced cannabis retail setting you will check in customers, manage the POS, answer calls, promote the JARS Loyalty Program, and support store operations with a can-do attitude and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Check in customers and register new patients per CRA/state requirements
• Provide accurate information on products, store hours and promotions
• Maintain welcoming and organized reception area with strong compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage opening, mid-day and closing tasks in a fast-paced cannabis dispensary
• Assist with curbside and online orders as needed
• Support store management with administrative duties and customer service
