Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will work closely with store leadership and report to the General Manager, ensuring customers are served with product knowledge, promotions, and a positive experience.

Successful candidates complete mandatory training through JARS University, both virtually and in-person, to learn policies, procedures, and company culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, sales, or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Acquired knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of each customer, provide product knowledge, and complete transactions accurately.
• Utilize suggestive selling strategies and upsell customers on products and promotions.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS system and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Assist with inventory tasks and support store operations as needed.
