Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience and knowledge required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, inventory, and industry trends.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management.
• Train and onboard new staff with management team.
• Ensure daily POS accuracy and data entry.
