Job summary

Story Cannabis is seeking a Retail Associate for our Ohio stores to greet customers, guide product selections, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work with a knowledgeable team, handle POS transactions, maintain inventory, and uphold compliance and safety standards. Strong customer service, math skills, and reliability are valued; 21+ and legal U.S. work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid State ID or US passport required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry with compassion and professionalism.
• Enter customer data into our database to verify purchase eligibility.
• Process sales and duties per SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge.
• Manage cash and debit transactions with a balanced drawer.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all products.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals.
