Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a friendly retail setting and to educate on cannabis products, usage methods, and safety. You will recommend appropriate regimens and maintain a welcoming store environment while staying compliant with regulations.

The role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends. Prior cannabis experience is not required.

Formación

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; retail preferred.
• Ability to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights & weekends.
• Must be 21 or older and able to pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license or state ID may be required.
• Compliance with all cannabis regulations and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in a friendly, retail environment.

• Recommend safe regimens based on individual needs and knowledge.
