Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in our retail dispensary. You will advise on products, consumption methods, and safety, and tailor regimens to individual needs. You’ll help maintain a welcoming storefront and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes staying up-to-date on GTI cannabis knowledge, following regulations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be able to work a schedule with varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and support store operations.
