Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a retail cannabis environment. You will educate patients on products, recommend suitable regimens, and assist management to maintain smooth store operations while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, are 21+, and comfortable with POS systems. Training emphasizes safety, product knowledge, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (including mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older; possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with all cannabis regulations and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen based on product knowledge and patient needs.
• Support store operations to ensure compliance and smooth daily activity.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist management as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor is well stocked and the store presents a compliant image.
