Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements to meet business needs (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older and possess valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety as part of interactions.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Support store operations, compliance with rules and regulations, and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock on the sales floor.
