Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and available for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or state ID and be compliant with all cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail dispensary environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs; stay updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy and inventory.
• Support management to keep store operations compliant and smooth.
