Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable attendance, 21+ years old and background checks required.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Compliance with cannabis industry regulations and company policies.
• No prior cannabis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment to assist and educate on products and usage and safety.
• Recommend suitable regimens and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Support store operations to ensure smooth, compliant retail activities.
• Verify orders and assist management with daily tasks and issue handling.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and proper store presentation.
• Follow security and safety procedures at all times.
