Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, sales, and/or hospitality environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and products desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care with product knowledge to meet individual needs.
• Utilize suggestive selling strategies and upsell products and promotions.
• Record transactions accurately in the POS and manage the cash drawer.
