Story Cannabis Co is seeking a Customer-Facing Retail Associate in Chandler, AZ. You will greet guests, guide product selections, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience with accurate eligibility verification and record-keeping.

Role blends customer service, product education, and store operations. The successful candidate will be 21+, able to pass background checks, and bring reliability, math acuity, and teamwork to the store team.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous customer services experience preferred.
• Marijuana knowledge a bonus.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required.
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have no scheduling restrictions.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with compassion and professionalism.
• Enter customer information into database systems to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Complete all sales and duties per company SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service through elevated standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Handle cash and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Operate cash register and POS system; stock and organize store.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all products.
• Work as part of a team to meet compliance goals and timelines.
