Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Queen Creek location. You will greet guests, provide product knowledge, and ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping experience.

You will handle transactions at the register, upsell items, and help maintain clean, organized shelves. A positive attitude, strong communication, and a team-first mindset are essential to succeed in our fast-paced, regulated retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail environment.
• Shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Excellent communication skills and strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Upsell and recommend products to meet guest needs.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including backroom duties.
