Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee cannabis manufacturing operations at our Abingdon facility. The role is hands-on on the plant floor, ensuring product quality, inventory integrity, and safety compliance while supporting a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production with 2+ years in supervision, a high school diploma or GED (BA preferred), and strong organization and communication skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a production environment, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience directing and evaluating subordinates.
• Motivated, self-directed, able to work independently or with a team.
• Professionalism and integrity; handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production employees to perform proficiently and motivate via example.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities.
• Establish, implement and improve department policies and goals.
