Green Thumb is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee cannabis manufacturing operations at our Holyoke, MA facility. You will lead hands-on teams on the plant floor, ensuring product quality and inventory integrity while collaborating with leadership to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a production environment.
• 2+ years in supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Continuous improvement (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba Walks).

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees to perform in a proficient manner and organize workflow.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve departmental policies and goals.
• Ensure product quality and inventory integrity; monitor safety procedures.
• Coach and develop staff, conduct performance appraisals, and address complaints.
• Maintain training schedules and monitor budgeting targets.
