Green Thumb in Virginia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our cannabis manufacturing facility. You will ensure product quality and inventory integrity, with hands-on supervision on the plant floor alongside production staff.

The role requires strong leadership, process improvement mindset, and a focus on safety, with the ability to coach teams and manage performance in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a production environment, with 2+ years in supervisory capacity.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience directing and evaluating subordinates.
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and handling of confidential information.

• Lead production employees and organize workflow.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve departmental policies, goals, objectives.
• Coach and develop employees, plan and direct work, and evaluate performance.
