Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Production Tech to help turn cannabis flower into our medicated products in our Illinois facility. You will produce, package, and handle products, manage inventory, and uphold safety and quality standards under management oversight.

You will follow recipes and SOPs, ensure proper labeling for compliance, document manufacturing methods, and use Windows-based software to track activities. A team-oriented, self-motivated mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years’ manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team and independently; self-motivated and proactive.
• Adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
• Maintain personal hygiene and comply with health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with focus on safety and quality.
• Produce according to recipes and SOPs with high quality.
• Package products with proper labeling to meet state regulations.
• Follow processing procedures and laboratory protocols.
• Document manufacturing methods and maintain records.
• Operate Windows-based software to track packaging and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and practice good housekeeping.
