Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead department safety audits and hazard assessments.
• Train employees on 5S requirements and department-specific training.
• Ensure training records are complete and compliant.
• Monitor production goals and KPI performance; drive results.
• Mentor and develop team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Supervise scheduling and daily production activities to meet goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with management to elevate performance standards.
