iAnthus Capital Management in Cumberland, MD is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a regulated cannabis facility. You will ensure quality and safety, manage production schedules, and lead a diverse team to deliver high‑quality products.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, maintain inventory control, and coordinate across departments to align production with demand while upholding compliance and documentation

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, or cultivation environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cannabis regulations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication style.
• Green Flower and/or Ganjier Certificate holder preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage production schedules and procedures.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor materials and supplies to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment for optimal use.
• Provide backup support to the Production Manager.
• Administer strict quality control measures.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to reduce waste and enhance output.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and packaging teams to align production with demand.

• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a culture of compliance, productivity, and teamwork.
• Act as a go-to resource for SOPs and policies.
