Job summary

iAnthus Capital is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Cumberland, MD manufacturing facility. You will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and lead a team to deliver reliable, high-quality cannabis products.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will optimize workflows, manage inventory, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in production/manufacturing or cultivation.
• Strong working knowledge of cannabis regulations.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules and procedures.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor materials and supplies to prevent shortages or excess.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment for optimal use.
• Provide backup support to the Production Manager.
• Lead and co-manage production team including hiring, scheduling, and performance.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
