Qualifications

• Leadership experience or managing teams is preferred.
• At least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to policies.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Good time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Able to work around plant material and potential pollen/dust exposure.
• Able to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across deboning, sifting, grading, and final trim.
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
• Maintain daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
• Monitor Dry Rooms, Cure Room, and Processing space for proper temperature and humidity.
• Enter harvest batches into ADP/POS and inventory accordingly.
• Monitor team productivity and enforce time metrics.
• Adjust Biotrack software, moves, and transfers.
• Approve timecards and time-off requests for agents.
• Verify weighing and logging of material.
• Maintain sanitary work environment and cleaning logs.
• Review Outlook emails for new priorities.
• Ensure all functions meet quality and compliance standards.
