Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Technician to operate equipment, process harvest material, and maintain quality standards. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment and emphasizes safety, precision, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will work 6:30am–3:00pm, collaborate with the sorting team, and help ensure clean, sanitary operations while supporting multiple functions as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to process and sort harvest material and maintain quality standards.
• Operate trimming and sorting machinery and partner with sorting team for efficiency.
• Weigh, log materials, collect samples, and perform quality tests.
• Keep machines cleaned and sanitized between runs and maintain sanitary work area.
• Transport products safely to storage and adapt to changing demands across the operation.
