Cresco Labs is seeking a hands-on Processing Supervisor at our Yellow Springs, OH facility. You will lead a team in post-harvest activities like deboning, sifting, grading, trimming, remediation, and sanitation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

You’ll support QC, scheduling, training, and productivity tracking while reporting to site leadership. The role requires supervisory experience, 2–3 years in production, strong SOP adherence, and the ability to manage learning

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience
• 2–3 years in production or food manufacturing environment; cannabis experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal tracking systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/kneel for long periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily post-harvest workflows and assign team members
• Train and coach on procedures, safety, and quality expectations
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches
• Report quality issues to leadership
• Create and manage Processing Work Orders
• Monitor productivity and ensure tasks meet timeframes
• Maintain records in facility tracking systems
• Approve timecards and manage shifts
• Collaborate with engineering and facilities on storage conditions
• Ensure clean and sanitary work areas
• Operate or train on remediation equipment as needed
• Support hiring and onboarding of new staff
• Address personnel issues and foster a productive team environment
