Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Technician to operate equipment, sort harvest material, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires at least 1 year in food production and strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities include operating trimming and sorting machinery, logging weights, sampling for tests, and maintaining sanitation between runs. This position offers growth within a leading multistate cannabis operator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies.
• Ability to measure, package and label with precision.
• Effective time-management and ability to multitask.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, loud, changing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to process and sort harvest material.
• Use trimming and sorting machines and ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with sorting team to maximize efficiencies.
• Grate and sort processed material.
• Weigh and log material for traceability.
• Collect samples and perform quality checks.
• Clean and sanitize machines between runs; maintain sanitation.
• Transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety policies.
• Support other functions as demands change.
