Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Agent to handle harvest materials in a facility that adheres to strict health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support quality control throughout the production process.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Compensation begins at $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off. Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict policies and procedures.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery (mobius machine trimmer & treatment machine).
• Grate and sort processed material.
• Weigh and log material.
• Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure all functions meet quality and PPE standards.
