Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in food production or similar manufacturing settings, with strong attention to detail and the ability to mentor junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Mentoring/junior staff experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across multiple processing activities (deboning, sifting, grading, final trim).
• Perform initial bulk QC inspections of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
