Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Processing Supervisor to lead daily post-harvest processing activities at our Yellow Springs, OH facility. You will supervise a team of processing agents, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

You will oversee deboning, sifting, grading, trimming, product remediation, and sanitation, while supporting quality control, scheduling, training, and productivity tracking

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• 2–3 years in production or similar environment; cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal tracking systems.
• Exposure to plant material and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily post-harvest workflows and assign team members to activities such as deboning, sifting, grading, and trimming.
• Train and coach team on procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility leadership.
• Create and manage Processing Work Orders.
• Monitor productivity and ensure tasks meet timeframes.
• Maintain records in Biotrack/Trym and other tracking systems.
• Approve timecards and manage shift coverage.
