Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a hands-on Processing Supervisor to lead post‑harvest activities at the Yellow Springs, OH facility. You will supervise processing agents, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with quality and facilities teams.

Core duties include deboning, sifting, grading, trimming, remediation, sanitation, and record keeping in Biotrack/Trym. This role reports to site leadership and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years in a supervisory/managerial role with team oversight.
• 2–3 years in a production/manufacturing environment; cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use internal tracking systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows and assign team members to post-harvest activities including deboning, sifting, grading, and final trimming.
• Train and coach team members on procedures, safety standards and quality expectations.
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility leadership.
• Create and manage Processing Work Orders.
• Monitor productivity and ensure processing tasks are completed within established timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records in Biotrack, Trym, or other facility tracking systems.
• Approve timecards and manage shift coverage and scheduling adjustments.
• Verify accurate weighing and logging of material.
• Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure proper dry room and product storage conditions.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment across all post-harvest areas.
• Operate or train on remediation equipment such as RS420 as needed.
• Oversee product remediation activities in preparation for third‑party testing and maintain documentation.
• Prepare and submit lab samples and assist with third‑party sampling visits.
