Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support the Inventory Manager in managing stock, picking, packing, and shipping for retail locations. You will perform cycle counts, monitor movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping across warehouse and vault areas.

The role focuses on maintaining real-time inventory data, coordinating with quality and cultivation teams, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. 21+ and familiarity with cannabis inventory systems preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with METRC and related cannabis inventory tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute picking, packing, and shipping for retail locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy.
• Update and maintain electronic inventory records.
• Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
