Job summary

Trulieve seeks a Flower Technician I in Hancock, MD for 5:30am-2:00pm, Mon-Fri. The role includes inspecting incoming cannabis flower materials, weighing and packaging, and ensuring quality according to cGMP standards.

This hourly, non-exempt position offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off. Remote work is not available. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Comprehensive background screening is required.
• Experience with cannabis flower handling/processing is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll material.
• Ensure proper bud size and weigh/package flower and/or pre-rolls.
• Receive raw batch items and ensure proper storage.
• Verify and document raw materials and maintain batch records.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and PPE usage.
• Notify leads of quality or equipment issues.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.
