Job summary

Trulieve in Ironton, Ohio is hiring a Flower Technician I for 7:00am-3:30pm. You will inspect incoming cannabis flower materials, confirm specs, perform moisture and quality checks, and help package products.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, pass a background check, and communicate effectively. The position offers 40+ hours weekly and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Handle cannabis flower and particulates daily.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass background check.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled environment.
• Experience with quality inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections (moisture, texture, quality).
• Weigh out and package flower and pre-rolls.
• Label bags/jars/boxes and ensure proper sealing.
• Maintain cleanliness per cGMP and standards.
• Record verification data and complete paperwork.
• Assist with packaging line operations as needed.
