Job summary

Trulieve in Midway, FL seeks a Flower Technician I to inspect incoming cannabis flower, test physical specs, and reject nonconforming items. Reports to Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Lead and works in a non-exempt, hourly role.

Responsibilities include moisture/quality checks, weighing and packaging flower, recording verification data, and ensuring proper storage. Requires High School Diploma and ability to work 40 hours weekly; environment is fast-paced and compliant with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll materials.
• Weigh out and package flower and/or pre-roll material.
• Receive raw batch items and ensure proper storage and quantity.
• Fill out verification paperwork for raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and PPE per cGMP standards.
• Prepare product labels and ensure proper sealing and packaging.
