Job summary

Trulieve in Midway, FL is hiring a Flower Technician I in the Processing department. You will ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications, conduct visual and measurement tests, and reject or return unacceptable materials to maintain quality.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Lead, is non-exempt hourly, 40 hours weekly, with occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of moisture, texture, quality, and size.
• Ensure proper bud size per brand standard and weigh/package materials.
• Receive raw batch items and ensure proper storage.
• Verify quantity and quality of raw batch items in kits.
