Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Flower Technician I in Hancock, MD to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications. You will perform inspections, verify quality, and assist with packaging and labeling while maintaining cGMP standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cannabis processing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll items for moisture, texture, size, and quality.
• Weigh and package flower and pre-roll products to the brand standard.
• Receive and store raw batch items properly.
• Verify and document raw materials and label batches.
• Operate packaging equipment efficiently and monitor output.
• Notify leads about quality or machine issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work area per cGMP standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
