Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Flower Technician I in Midway, FL to perform incoming inspections of cannabis flower and pre-roll materials, ensure proper packaging and storage, and maintain verification paperwork in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include quality checks, labeling, and supporting clean room and safety standards per cGMP and company guidelines. 40 hours weekly, some evenings/weekends; benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Daily handling of cannabis flower and particulates.
• Experience with controls and instrumentation is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections (moisture, texture, quality, size) of flower and pre-roll material.
• Weigh, package, and store flower and pre-roll products.
• Maintain documentation and verification paperwork for raw materials and batches.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of products and compliance with cGMP and Trulieve standards.
• Support safety and cleanliness; report any quality or equipment issues.
