Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Flower Technician I in Hancock, MD to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications through testing and visual inspection. You will handle weighing, packaging, labeling, and storage while adhering to cGMP standards and safety requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 40 hours weekly with a daytime shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be minimum 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll material.
• Ensure proper bud size per brand standard, weigh out and package flower and/or pre rolls.
• Receive raw batched items and ensure appropriate storage.
• Fill out verification paperwork for raw materials.
• Seal bags/jars/tubes and inspect seals.
• Prepare and apply labels to bags/jars/boxes of product manually or with applicator equipment.
• Maintain cleaning processes and PPE per cGMP and Trulieve standards.
• Monitor quality and quantity of items produced.
• Notify leads of quality or machine issues when they occur.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by management.
