Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Flower Technician I to inspect incoming cannabis flower and pre-roll materials, ensure conformance to quality standards, and support packaging operations. You will weigh, label, and store batch items, maintaining strict documentation and GMP-compliant processes.

The role requires handling cannabis materials, good organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Experience handling cannabis and particulates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of cannabis flower and pre-roll material.
• Weigh and package flower and/or pre-rolls per brand standards.
• Receive and store raw batch items with proper labeling and documentation.
• Complete verification paperwork for raw materials and ensure correct item storage.
• Maintain cleaning procedures and PPE in compliance with cGMP and Trulieve standards.
• Monitor packaging equipment and report any operational issues to leads.
• Work with management to fulfill production schedules and quality targets.
