Job summary

Trulieve in Midway, FL is seeking a Flower Technician I to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications and quality standards. You will conduct inspections, assist with packaging, labeling, and storage, while maintaining strict cGMP practices and PPE usage.

The role is full-time with a 40-hour schedule and offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and equal employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll material.
• Ensure proper bud size and weigh out and package flower and/or pre rolls.
• Receive raw batched items and ensure storage is correct.
• Fill out verification paperwork for raw materials.
• Seal bags/jars/tubes and ensure seals meet standards.
• Prepare and apply labels to product containers.
• Maintain cGMP compliance and PPE usage per Trulieve standards.
• Clean work areas and monitor quality and packaging operations.
• Notify leads of quality or equipment issues and assist as needed.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by management.
