Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist in Sparks, NV to engage customers in a retail cannabis setting. You’ll educate customers on products, assist with selections, and ensure safe, compliant practices are followed.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts. You will support store operations, handle POS transactions, and help maintain inventory and presentation to provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for retail experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid ID or driver’s license.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, safety, and local regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment and assist with product selection.
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety.
• Recommend regimens based on customer needs and maintain product knowledge.
• Support store operations, verify orders, and help with daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and maintain store appearance.
