Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each customer’s needs and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment and assist in store operations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support management to ensure smooth operations.
