Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with retail experience
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks
• Must have reliable attendance and be flexible with schedules including mornings, days, nights, weekends
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations and company policies
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail cannabis environment and assist with product selections
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend regimens based on needs and stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Maintain a positive, customer‑oriented store atmosphere
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist operations
• Support management to keep store running smoothly and compliant
• Ensure store floor, inventory, and records are properly maintained
• Follow security and safety procedures throughout shifts
• Handle Front of House and Back of House duties as assigned
