Job summary

Ayr Wellness seeks a Team Lead to support managers and staff, overseeing daily dispensary operations and ensuring adherence to state and local rules. You will hire and develop a motivated team passionate about cannabis and patient care, while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

In this role you will supervise patient advocates, manage inventory, train staff on SOPs, and help drive patient education programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI).
• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or dispensary operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership and daily operations of a Florida dispensary under state licensure.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform routine inspections in NAV.
• Train dispensary staff on SOPs and product knowledge.
• Ensure HIPAA and patient privacy compliance and high patient satisfaction.
