Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Georgetown is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily dispensary operations, guide Budtenders, and ensure a compliant customer experience. You will open/close the store, train staff, manage floor activities, and assist customers with product selection while maintaining accurate POS transactions.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service and leadership experience, with knowledge of cannabis products and POS systems to deliver exceptional service in a licensed retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cannabis products, POS systems, and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store per policy.
• Oversee daily dispensary floor operations and support staff.
• Guide patients through product selection and deliver excellent service.
• Mentor and train Budtenders; delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure displays are clean, labeled, rotated, and stocked.
• Handle customer concerns and support team performance.
• Operate POS systems and assist with cash reconciliation.
