Job summary

Qualifications

• Cannabis experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong retail math skills required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations pertaining to the cannabis industry.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements for cannabis work.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Clear and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and train team on product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with managers.
• Assist associates in guiding customers to right product choices.
• Delegate tasks during shifts: cash handling, POS data entry, inventory updates, deliveries verification, security adherence, store cleanliness.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with management to comply with regulations.
• Handle daily activities, maintenance, and issue/complaint data collection.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff in partnership with management.
