Job summary

Consume Cannabis Co. is seeking a Lead Advisor to oversee daily sales floor operations, including opening and closing duties, while maintaining exceptional customer experience. You will guide the team, train staff on POS and processes, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

The role requires at least 2 years in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication, and leadership skills. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service/fast paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State cannabis knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor and opening/closing duties.
• Provide training on POS system and dispensary processes.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activity and reporting.
• Ensure superior customer service for patients, customers and caregivers.
• Respond to patient/customer inquiries and coordinate with management as needed.
• Oversee online orders and curbside pickup when available at the location.
